Encounter of individual and organization
Abstract:
It is helpful, not to view people as a whole, but rather based on their roles within the organization. Depending on the issue, specific aspects of the whole person behind the role can be included. It is important to view roles not only from the outside as a kind of objectified expectation the organization might have. They also have to be viewed as the personality, which surfaces as part of the respective organizational roles, effectively viewed from the inside.
